BIO: 

Raymond Brown, President / CEO of RCBA, LLC, is a retired Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) with over 25 years of experience as a Naval / Design Engineer in both the military and civilian sectors. His engineering experience includes being the Project Engineer for the Major Maintenance and Availability for the 210’ class Coast Guard cutters, which included the complete retrofit of this class of ships. After retirement from the USCG, CDR Brown worked as a Project Manager for Facility Operations at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, supervising maintenance, housekeeping, information technology, and vegetation mitigation of the property and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Southeastern University. He is an active/life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, and the Disabled American Veterans.
